More About Me

Meet Beth Stroud, a dedicated real estate professional with a passion for helping people navigate life’s transitions with compassion, honesty, and personalized guidance. With more than 36 years of experience in hospice and end-of-life healthcare, Beth has spent her career educating, supporting, and advocating for individuals and families during some of life’s most emotional and important moments. Today, she brings that same level of care, patience, and understanding to her real estate career.

As both a buyers' and sellers' agent, Beth loves serving clients at every stage of life — from first-time homebuyers and growing families to investors and those preparing for their next chapter. However, her extensive background in healthcare gives her a unique understanding of the emotional and practical challenges that often come with major life transitions. She specializes in helping clients navigate downsizing, estate transitions, relocation, and selling cherished family homes with compassionate support, thoughtful communication, and caring guidance throughout the process.

Beth understands that buying or selling a home is often more than just a transaction — it is a deeply personal experience that can involve significant emotions, memories, and change. Known for her strong people skills and relationship-centered approach, she believes listening is one of the most important parts of serving her clients well. She takes pride in educating clients throughout the real estate journey so they feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

A graduate of Point Park University with a degree in Journalism and Communications, Beth originally came to Pittsburgh for college and quickly fell in love with the city and its communities — including the south hills - deciding to make it her lifelong home. Her deep roots in the area, combined with extensive knowledge of neighborhoods throughout Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Crawford, and Washington counties, allow her to provide valuable local insight while building lasting relationships with her clients. Whether selling or buying in Aliquippa, Avella, Beaver Falls, Bethel Park, Canonsburg, Castle Shannon,  Coraopolis, Cranberry Township, McKees Rocks, Monroeville, Moon Township, North Fayette, Peters Township,  Washington, Wexford, White Oak, Zelienople or anywhere in between, Beth is familiar with the Greater Pittsburgh roads and is here to help!
